They are devices designed for indoor pool areas and places where there is a need for dehumidification and the need to create healthier living spaces. Arçelik pool dehumidification plants are produced in accordance with VDI-2089 in 15 models with a flow rate range of 3000-20000 m3/h. With the use of heat pipe heat recovery heat exchanger in the devices, efficiency increases while energy consumption and operating costs are minimized. With full automation with microprocessor, the operating mode of the device is automatically determined according to the fresh air requirement and the absolute humidity values of the outdoor and indoor air. Real-time flow control is performed with plug fans used in suction and blowing.

Cell Structure

In Arçelik Pool Dehumidification plants, the cell is made with specially drawn aluminum corner profiles, intermediate profiles and panels. Sealing and joining of the carcass is provided by specially designed aluminum corner profiles. EPDM gasket is used to ensure the sealing between the panel and the carcass. Air handling unit panels are specially designed in such a way that they can be dismantled and intervened from the outside of the power plant carcass. There are no recesses and protrusions on the inner surfaces of the air handling units. As standard in air handling units, pedestals are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 2 mm and a height of 120 mm. Pedestal connections are made with bolt and nut connections without welding.

Profile Structure

It has two profile structures, aluminum and galvanized steel. Aluminum profiles used are min. 1.8 mm wall thickness.

Panel Structure

Air handling unit panels and doors are manufactured as double walled with 60 mm thickness. Exterior panel surfaces are manufactured using RAL 9002 color protective polyfilm coated painted sheet metal and interior surfaces are manufactured using galvanized, stainless or painted sheet metal. Asgrai sheet thickness is 0.8 mm and the rock wool used as insulation material is A1 fire class. Roof sheet can be added to the air handling units upon request. There are also labels with technical information on the power plant.

Isolation

70 kg/m3 density rock wool insulation is used.

Dampers

Serpentines

Coils are made of copper pipe, epoxy coated aluminum fins and collectors are made of copper as standard. The mounting sheets of the coils are designed in such a way that they can be easily removed for maintenance and cleaning.

Filters

It is important for the efficiency of the filter that the air flow rates specified in the technical catalogs of the filters are equal to or more than the selected air handling unit flow rate. Considering this criterion, the entire cross-section of Arçelik Pool Dehumidification plants is used as a filter passage area in accordance with international standards. Filters are cassette type and can be easily installed and removed. Empty space is left in front of the filter cell to remove the filters. Optional filters are used and generally filter types are coarse filter, bag filter, compact filter (rigid), hepa filter and activated carbon filter. Optionally, a manometer can be installed on the cell.

Heat Recovery

Heat pipe or plate type heat recovery elements can optionally be used in the pool dehumidification plant.

Fans

Fans are selected to meet the air flow rate and total static pressure, taking into account high efficiency, minimum energy consumption and low noise level. Plug and EC fans with static and dynamic balancing in accordance with international standards are used in the power plants. Motors in Plug and EC fans are designed as direct coupled.

Engines

Asynchronous motors with three-phase squirrel cage rotor, IE2 or IE3 efficiency, IP 55 protection class are used as standard in plug fans. In EC fans, IE4 efficiency class motors are used.

Condensation Pan

A stainless double sloping pan is used to drain condensed water from the cooling coil, humidifier and heat recovery cells. The condensate pan covers the cooling coil collectors and the drip trap.

Accessories

Sight Glass, Lighting, Emergency Stop Button with Auxiliary Contact, Bulk Siphon are provided as standard. Magnehelic or oblique manometer, maintenance switch, differential pressure switch, By-pass damper, Thermistor upon request
